At Centaine Consultants, we specialise in digital products and online services, so there is no physical shipping involved.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All of our products (eBooks, guides, reports, etc.) are delivered digitally via:

  • Direct download after purchase, or

  • Email delivery within a specified timeframe (usually within 24–48 hours)

Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.

2. Consultation Services

Feng Shui reports are delivered:

  • Online via email, video call, or phone (as arranged)

  • On the agreed date and time scheduled at booking

You will receive preparation instructions and confirmation via email once your booking is confirmed.

3. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical items. All offerings are digital or delivered virtually, so there are no shipping fees or delivery delays due to postal services.

4. Delivery Issues

If you:

  • Haven’t received your digital product or consultation confirmation

  • Have trouble accessing a download or email
